Once again, the Zionist regime has revealed its true nature, and the criminal reality of its actions has been exposed to the world. Iran-this ancient land with a brilliant history, the cradle of science, knowledge, and rich culture, the homeland of Khwarizmi and Avicenna has come under a brutal attack.
Following a military assault by the terrorist Zionist regime on Iranian cities, a group of innocent people, especially children, have been martyred. With great sorrow, it is announced that seven members of Iran’s academic community-professors who dedicated their knowledge to educating the youth in universities were assassinated in their homes, along with their wives and children. It is a futile illusion to believe that by assassinating a few scholars, Iran’s scientific development will be halted.
This terrorist act, in violation of international law, the United Nations Charter, and the Geneva Conventions, poses a threat to regional security and global peace and stability. Iran’s academic community shines brightly and is firmly committed to the country’s sustainable scientific progress in the pursuit of global peace.
It is hoped that by condemning these crimes committed by the Zionist regime, an effective step will be taken in defense of truth, justice, and global peace, as well as in preventing the recurrence of the assassination of scholars in your country and around the world.
