On May 20, 2025, the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) hosted a distinguished high-level delegation, including the Ministers of Science from Indonesia and Tunisia, the Tunisian Ambassador to Iran, and accompanying officials. The visit was led by the Deputy President for Technology and Innovation of Iran’s Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology.
During their visit, the delegation toured various sections of IROST and the Science and Technology Park, gaining insight into the organization’s cutting-edge research, technological achievements, and infrastructure. The visit culminated in a joint meeting with Prof. Alireza Ashori, IROST’s President, where discussions centered on expanding scientific, technological, and industrial collaborations between Iran and the delegating countries.
The Ministers of Science from Indonesia and Tunisia expressed their appreciation for IROST’s impressive capabilities and the innovation potential of the knowledge-based companies housed within the Science and Technology Park. They emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relationships and exploring joint projects in areas of mutual interest.
